Mweb advertised uncapped adsl including your line rental at 2Mb. However when you reach a certain limit on a 30 day rolling cycle you get throttled according to their fair usage policy. This is acceptable if their throttling is not so sefere. They throttled me down to 0.1mb/s which is about just enough to make the connection to their service. I then phoned on the 15th of october and been informed that it should not take more than 7 days for the service to return to normal. However we are on 30 October now and still no service. How is this uncapped??? Also the sales person when i signed up said that if you are on 2mb then you will be throttled to 1mb... once again false information. I see this whole procedure as a breach of contract. not that they will allow me to exit the contract without a calendars month notice. NOT SO ACCEPTABLE USAGE now is it?
