Ludicrous response by escalation centre
I received a response to my last report by the Telkom escalation center, asking me to e-mail them the correct account number although my account number was clearly stated in the report. Secondly they did not supply an e-mail address that I could respond to. To me this is looking like a delay tactic. Once again herewith my details: Acc#: 429900672045, Tel#: 011/4312656 ; I dearly hope that the escalation center will deal with this promptly as I am being threatened with a listing at the Credit Bureau.
