On July 4th I raised an issue over Telkom committing me to a further 24month contract without my approval. Many calls later and many promises later I posted a report on Hello Peter. The Escalation Team responded with a ref ARS 230541 on July 10th. NO RESPONSE YET!!!
Having now decided that I don't want to do business with Telkom I called at Telkom Kenilworth on Saturday 20th to cancel the internet Service Provision. The lady there tells me they cant do it in the store as it can only be handled on-line. She calls the number from a phone in the store and 15 minutes later we are still waiting to be connected - I gave up in disgust and left!!! So 21 days after raising the issue I have NO response
