In response to my two previous post's (23/01/2013 & 28/01/2013) on hello peter with regards to my order for a telkom line.
The following was the last response from the infamous escalation team:

Its has been - 6 months since I have sent the required information as asked and nothing has been done to date. This means that this order has not been completed and its been 12 months since the initial order has been placed. I don't know what to do anymore to get something done on telkom's side as I have exhausted all efforts sort this out.
