So I went through the normal channels but I have had no response. I was promised by your sales staff that cell c's troubles were behind them so I made the switch. Yet, in the middle of joburg I could not load a map when I was lost AT NIGHT, I could not check in at a restaurant, and every day people phone and get my voicemail even thoug my phone is on. Sounds like misrepresentation to me and considering I don't pay for legal fees, a court case is very tempting. Not a good start to our relationship Cell C! I want my money back!
