Telkom NO RESPONSE EVEN AFTER ESCALATION REQUEST, my dead line was reported to telkom on the 27 November. To date nothing has happened except I have spent a lot of my time following up on when this problem will be afforded any type of attention by Telkom.
We are headed to almost 2 weeks and I have yet to get feedback. When will this problem be sorted? I do pay for the line rental don't I? Will I be reimbursed for the downtime? I escalated the problem via your website escalation page but 24hrs later and no one has called me. I need a technician to fix my line. I don't see why this is taking so long.
