After a prolonged struggle with trying to get Vodashop to respond, several calls to head office and I finally get a response. I'm told the phone's battery is faulty? Why does it take over a month and many many phone calls to head office and the call centre to finally be told that the phone has been repaired. I have been left without a phone to do business with. The level of service has been absolutely despicable, I have had to repeatedly follow up on the company with no result. I have had to go into the store at least 7 times now to find out what is happening, all the while paying over R500 pm for a service and phone I am not recieving.
I will never renew a contract with this company again and can only advise others to steer clear from this provider. If there is a problem, chances are you will have no means to resolve it.
