My phone is soft locked no one to help

I bought my 2 phones via my company, my payments was from me but via the comapny and when i left the company my phone was soflocked. i was told that my contract will change to top-up still dont know what that means. Money over 5000 was paid by me via the company. I was then told that my phone will work on 1st of August but they are still not working. the call centres cant help me because apparently the contract is still under my company and my company says they informed them that i have paid. over a month without a phone and nothing is happening. Liza who is the only person i can call cant do much, send me an email that she is waiting on head office. Can Nashua please fix this problem and tell me exactly whay the money they took from me was for otherwise refund me. i am not impressed at all at the level of service.
