I specifically moved over from Vodacom to MTN as they were offering extra data for the phone I wanted. I have called countless times to get this sorted and I still do not have the extra 150MB they promised! When I call the call centre, I was told to go directly to the store, the store tells me to call the call centre. The call centre phone rings endlessly and then cuts off. Out of the 5 phone calls I have been able to speak to someone, no one has been competent enough to resolve my problem. When I was using Vodacom I had 2 full smooth years on contract, so I can not understand how MTN can be this bad :-( I am just beyond frustrated and regret changing to MTN!!! I can't even get a copy of my contract, which should have been given to me when I collected the phone, but the sales assistant said I must request from the call centre. I hope someone that knows what they are doing at MTN can assist me very soon before I head off to Head office.
