Cell C
Response time Pathetic, and follow up nonexistant

I had submitted my insurance incident form to Cell C, which took forever to be replied to, then finally when they did reply, they said that I would get my phone over the weekend, which never happened, as the store had no record, of such, til date that store has not received the phone, i am frustrated, as the persons whom I liaised with have not responded, a speedy response, and explanation as to when i will be receiving my phone will be highly appreciated.
