Disgusting and poor swrvice received from cell c repair centre or head office. I sent my cellphne faulty after a fews months. And they want to replace with a "refurbished unit". Various people in the company have different explanations of the term "refurbished". I was promised the phone to be delivered to me. But even that could not be done. They never return calls. Jus poor service. When the store wants u take out a contract they know all the answers but when the phine gives u trouble. They knw absolutely nothing, jus their company policy that the phone has to go for repairs. Left a message today for someone at the CEO's office. No reply yet. I would jus rather cancel my contract and loose tha deal with incompitent people who are clearly in the wrong field.
