I purchased a Nokia Lumia 620 in about October 2013, I had the phone for 1 month and when I wanted to put the phone on silent, I found that there was NO volume button on the device. I took it back to the store where I purchased it on 06/11/2013, they took the phone and said it will take 7 WORKING DAYS for the phone to be repaired. It has now been almost 2 months that I have been without my phone. I have been paying for the phone, but I don't even have it in my possession!
I went to the store on the 7/12/2013 to find out about the phone and they told me it is still at head office, and that they will contact me the following Monday (9/12/2013) - but they did not, I had to phone them myself, I was then told they would check for me and contact me back. He (Devan) also told me that I must phone the Service Centre myself, but It is not my job as the customer, to contact the service provider/ - It is HIS job, NOT MINE!!!
But YET, I am STILL waiting for their Call.
This service is UNACCEPTABLE. I have been with Vodacom for 8 Years and have never had such terrible service. (In a business, this service is not acceptable by the employees)
Please advice way forward
