Fail to supply correct parts on a phone sent in

"|I sent in my sons phone (only a few months old) because the phone (9320 curve) was faulty and the battery only lasted a few hours. After waiting for weeks I finally get the same phone back without the battery and back cover. I phoned the branch in Benoni where I handed it in and told them. After two more weeks Head office send me a totally different battery (92 something) that doesn't even work in this phone. Upon phoning again the technician tells us it should work. This is now another week past. I had to go and buy another battery so that my son can have his phone. I am not impressed with the service I received from Head office. First of all this phone was not working propperly from the word go. It was not even 5 months old yet. They should have replaced the phone, not through my battery away. They complained because I sent the battery with the phone. Hellooo the battery was also faulty how can you see whats wrong if you don't have the battery in your hands.
