Worst Service from Cellular Company

I have ordered a phone to upgrade at this vodacom outlet. The sales consultants repeatedly assured me that if I order today the phone will be here the next day. I waited for 4 days for the phone to arrive. When I finally got the phone and did the upgrade. It was an out of box failure. I returned the phone within 24 hours. According to their OBF policy they send the phone back so that they can check if I should get a new phone. Now it has been yet again 4 days and still I am without my new phone. Today they told met that I will have to wait till Friday 12/07/2013. I feel that this is unacceptable because I didn't break the phone but I have to wait for ages. This is the most pathetic service I have ever recieved. That store is a disgrace to the company of vodacom. I called the Hicell Cellular head office and the operational manager assured me that that i will have my phone today. Now they have another story. I had to ask them (Roelien/Zelda/Rosa) 3 times today just to follow up this matter. I am a paying customer but is treated as guilty until proven innocent of causing the OBF. This is not customer service.
