This is a mail I sent to customer service 3x
I received a Lumia 610 on Wednesday last week and I find the battery lasts a maximum of 8 hrs., the phone is used mainly for whatsapp. Surely a new phone should have a longer battery life, my other phone is a blackberry and I have the blue tooth on for the whole day and I only charge the phone once a day, the Lumia is been charged 2-3 times a day.
I called the Customer service this afternoon and was put on hold for over 20 minutes after which I hung up due to my hand going lame, really customer service.
I would appreciate a response via a phone call as I will not be near my pc for the next 2 days after which my 7 days exchange is over.
