On the 23.02.2013 there was a deduction of my account where i did cancel long time ago.
The Monday I phoned 25.04.2013 asking why they are still deducting money.
So again i cancelled the contract this time i asked for a ref nr.
On the 20.04.2013 I phoned again cause i got a new bill.
I told the person i cancelled the contract a month ago they said no i never phoned.
So i put the phone down the i phoned again again remembering i got a ref nr so i gave them the ref nr.
They said thats the ref nr they gave me now.
I said no this is the one i got on the 25.02.2013.
So i told them go and listen to today's voice log and see no one gave me a ref nr, where would i get the ref nr did i just it out my thumb.
So far no one's came back to me.
And they want almost R500.
