My phone was handed in for repair at the Picbel branch on 12/03/2013. The Picbel branch has on the interim closed down. I called the customer service on the 09/08/2013 and spoke to Chanelle who confirmed the phone was sent to the Picbel branch.
35 days later and i still have not received my phone.
