I am now complaining to anybody that would listen and everywhere I can find.(Fault no : 89CTK110413)
My Business like several others have been without service (Phone, Broadband and Speedpoint) for nearly two weeks and nothing is done to resolve this. I have complained and escalated the complaint and don't even receive feedback from Telkom.
The only feedback I have received was a SMS to confirm the reporting of the fault.
We have learned through the grapevine that a cable was damaged by construction and it seems that nothing are being done to rectify this.
There are numerous businesses like mine that are loosing money because of this and nothing are being done. Me and several other business owners have been to the site were the problem occurred and absolutely nothing is being done to rectify it by Telkom.
This is absolutely pathetic service delivery! I will continue complaining everywhere and anywhere I can until this problem is resolved. We are loosing money by the hour!!!
