Handed my Blackberry Bold 9780 in on the 22nd of December 2012. I was instructed they have to send it away and because it is festive season it will take long. When i returned from leave mid January 2013 i called to find out about my phone they said its being repaired will call when it must be collected.
I waited almost another month still heard nothing, Called on Monday 11 February spoke to Amanda and first she could not find my phone then she did find it and said i was contacted in January regarding a quote i had to pay, I never received any contact from cell c in this time and was unaware of this. I then explained i will not pay a cent as i am insured with cell c.
Then called Tuesday no feedback and nothing on Wednesday. Got a call on Thursday 14 February 2013 to say they can cover the phone and repair. Got an sms to say insurance will call me i am still waiting.
My point is now i must wait without a phone for another 2 months or something while they repair, I will not stand for this waste of my time and inconvenience. This is actually the 2nd time i had to send my phone in to repaired for LCD damage and i am very angry and disappointed in the service i have had to deal with.
