I bought a Cell C phone online and within in months of having that phone delivered it started giving me alot of problems the phone was faulty from the get go as if they had sent me a demo phone. After 8 months of frustration I decided to take the phone in for repairs as the scroller was no longer working and the phone was still under warranty.
Cell C repair centre apparently couldn't fix the phone so they sent to the blackberry repair centre. After 3 weeks of waiting for them to get back to me... they eventually call me and tell me that the scroller is damaged due to liquid damage... which is alot of liars. they just came up with excuses and stories because they can't fix and they do not want to replace it.
Cell C is really an unreliable and untrustworthy Service Provider. I have just had it with their pathetic service. If u cannot give me the proof of the damage i would expect you to replace, but they gave me no proof or evidence so I just have to accept what the tell me when I know for a fact that the phone was not anywhere near to any liquid damage.
I am just for days.
