On 18/03/2013, I went to Vodacom World, "Repair Centre" after waiting for 1 hour and 45min, I complained about the service, and they got someone to assist me. The technician assess my phone, then was send for a second opinion the next day, I got my B.E.R report on 25/03/2013, Stating that my phone has liquid damage, my phone only had physical damage when handed in. The Lady phoned me and told me that they will give me a refurbished unit. I told her that I do have Insurance with Cell Sure and that I would like a different unit. I phoned Cell Sure, send them my B.E.R report, and I'm told an extra fee of R500 will be charged due to Liquid Damage, I argued the fact that my phone does have liquid damage and I was then revered back to the Repair shop for this issue to be resolved. I asked, if I prove that my phone does not have liquid damage how much would my access be, and I'm told R450, now this is where I questioned the fact that R450 R500 = R950 where does she get R1200, then I'm told that its because its my second claim in a period of 12 months, after I confirmed with the repair shop that I got my new phone 13 months ago, on 02/2012.And the lady put the phone down in my ear.
