The 8ta 3G network has been down for 6 days so far. Not once or anywhere have I seen any kind of notification. Telkom Mobile is not aware that their 3G network is down. 1 in 5 people a the call centre are aware that they are in the same place and can transfer calls between the call centres.
My clients only use 8ta internet so when "just the internet is not working" - this means that 8ta is down.
COULD YOU PLEASE HAVE THE DECENCY TO NOTE THIS INFO ON YOUR WEBSITE AND KEEP YOUR CLIENTS INFORMED AS TO PROGRESS SO WE DON'T HAVE TO KEEP PHONING YOU TO BE TOLD "BUT IT'S ONLY THE INTERNET THAT'S NOT WORKING" - LIKE IT'S SOME KIND OF EXTRA BONUS FEATURE?
