My phone was disconnected as the debit order did not go through. I go an pay the phone on Friday and they reconnect my line only now my internet is not working. I call the technical side on Friday and and they tell me that they have sent me the internet strings and that my internet should be working in 20 min and not only do I not receive the SMS but my internet still not working. Yesterday I call the tech call center twice speaking to Silindile Zwane on the second call all of them giving me instructions which I followed and still my internet is not working. I need cell c to to undo what ever the did when they closed my phone so that my internet works again. I need them to give an agent who is qualified and actually know what to do or who at least has a working brain I am sick and tired of their useless agents they unleash on us. I have had enough of a network who is not capable of helping their clients
