CELL C SHOCKING SERVICE INEFFICIENCY STAFF UNTRAIN

FOR 3 MONTHS NOW I HAVE BEEN CHARGED R39.00 FOR THEIR RIDICULOUS "GET IT" SERVICE WHICH I DID NOT WANT AND CANCELLED AND ABOUT 6 DIFFERENT PEOPLE ASSURED ME THAT IT WAS CANCELLED AND MY ACCOUNT WOULD BE CREDITED AND I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED AGAIN THEY GAVE ME A REFERENCE OF 611907 CANCEL AND PROMISED THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS NOT IN ARREARS AND I WOULD NOT RECEIVE ANYMORE DEMANDS AND NOW I HAVE ONCE AGAIN RECEIVED A DEMAND FOR THIS PAYMENT WHICH I DO NOT OWE. THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE AND SO INEFFICIENT AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME A LETTER THAT THE ACCOUNT IS NOT IN ARREARS AND THAT I HAVE BEEN CREDITED.
