I have loaded my R59 Blackberry BIS through 8ta on the 6/11/2013 and I was only able to use Blackberry BIS dependant Services for only about a day or two and since then to date I am unable to access the internet from my phone. I have contacted their call centre on various days and have been continously told that they are experiencing network problems. I also went to an 8ta outlet and the technician couldn't restore my network settings. This has been going on for more than 12days now and its not for the first time that Telkom doesnt deliver on their network. The month will be over soon and this clearly means that i would have bought BIS for no service whatsoever. Telkom please reimburse my R59 AND RESTORE MY NETWORK SETTINGS.
