I just experienced a wonderful service from this gentleman and wish his co-workers can learn from him. he wanted to understand me and he was able to follow and advice me without any issues. May he be recognised for what he does and also be rewarded.
I also want to ask you to kindly arrange to have the contract I was on cancelled as I wont be going ahead with the deal based on the simple fact that I cant port my number, Also please arrange for someone to come and collect your modem and cell phone and dongle etc
