8ta was one of the best and fastest internet providers until recently. I think it started when they "moved to" Telkom Mobile. I am living about 100 meters from a Telkom tower, my internet was working 110% until a few months ago. During the day I have no connection problems but just after 5 pm, all break loose!! I have tried calling customer care but they have no answers for me. It is connected and all, but when I surf the internet it just stop loading. Not very happy about this!! :-(
