Internet not working for last 9 days

I have got a telkom fixed line residential and internet connection for 3 years. Till Dec 20, 2013-internet and phone were working fine but when on Dec 21, 2013-i tried to use internet service, it was not working. i calling 10210 but had to face bad attitude people over and again, called them no. of times and with difficulty got the fault logged in. Call Centre people were giving false responses and even contradicting themselves over and again, somebody told me to call 10217-which later i found is for commercial/business connections, other told me to call 10215-which is a non existing number. Even visited telkom, Rosebank on Dec 27, 2013 twice, there a guy by the name of Prince assisted me well and assured to escalating the problem but till the time of writing the complaint (11.00 a.m. Dec 29, 2013) nothing has happened and despite paying them for so many years- i am out of internet for last 9 days, i don't know how long will the keep punishing for choosing telkom.
