Faulty samsung galaxy chat handset

I bought a Samsung galaxy chat at Vodacom repairs Vanderbijlppark. Within 3 days the phones mobile data shut of with the result that I could not receive calls, sms, e mail etc. I took the phone back and demanded a new one, I did a sim swop also to ensure everything was right on my side. To get the phone to work again, I have to take out the battery and restart it again. It was replaced. The second phone had the same problem, so I took it back and e mailed Lindiwe, she said that it had to be assesed by a technician. It was replaced with a third phone. The problem continued, so I took it back to Vodacom and e mailed Lindiwe. A software upgrade was suggested. I got the phone back and the next day the problem once again occurred. I e mailed Lindiwe telling her about the problem, took the phone in. Apparently the technician could not detect any fault and it was sent back. I got it 26 Aug, took it back 27 Aug with the same complaint. I e mailed Lindiwe, have nt heard anything yet. Vodacom Vanderbijlpark said they can not do anything for me. I phoned 0821944, they can not help me. The only person who can help me seems to be Lindiwe from Vodacom repairs.
