I have posted a complaint previously and Vodacom responded promptly. I was impressed by this and took their promise that it would be "fixed soon" in good faith and subsequently changed my complaint to a compliment.
I shouldn't have! That was February and nothing has changed! In fact, I couldn't even get on to Hellopeter.com!!!
Seriously Vodacom, this is not even remotely acceptable! The service is STILL dodgy at best and if it's at all possible the bandwidth has only gotten worse! I can't update my antivirus, I can't download email and 9 from 10 times my IE won't even open up Google!
This is! How long can it possibly take?!?!?! How many people must complain before it becomes a problem???
