Terrible service, no feedback, misleading clients

I recently renewed my 10 gig contract for 24 months after an agent called me with the following offering from Zamaswazi Nkosi:

I tried to contact her with regards to getting an LTE router but I got no reply to my 2 emails. I then went to the store in Sandton and I was told I cannot add an LTE device to my contract and you do not sell routers and I need to buy more data to get an LTE router or I need to buy one from elsewhere. I proceeded to purchase a LTE router that supports the Telkom network and I was then told I need to do a sim swap to get the LTE activated. After waiting for half an hour to do a sim swap I managed to put the sim into my device the next day and I was not receiving LTE data. The coverage was tested for my area and there is LTE availability. I then had a 40 minute call with your agent but no response
