Huawei - Huawei B683 MTN Broadband Lite

On the 6th of August I reported my MTN Broadband Lite internet (Cell number 0810491711) to [Email Removed] as follows:
I am frustated with my MTN wireless router since few months ago now. I was trying to log a fault on your mtn site but after further frustration, the system didn't allow me with error insert correct cell number, as I did, but still no further steps allowed. Since we got this wireless router we experienced problems as follows. We
have to restart the wireless router every ten minutes now as the internet just cut of and its very very frustrating. Saying no internet access AND the internet is very slow. In the beginning it only happened like once in few hours as it was fine, but now it gets worse. I was told that if we experience any internet problems they will send someone out to see if a booster is required or whatsoever. Please call my husband Mr van der Merwe on his cell 0827474841 as its difficult for me to answer my cell during the day. I only took out this contract December 2012 and if I must work like this for another year and half its unacceptable. On the 7th August customer care Department came back to me with the following Ref no 6897915. Still waiting
