I pay Vodacom for a package as part of a contract which includes a router with data every month. I have just moved into another area and now the router will not pick up any signal. I phoned customer care and all they could tell me was that the only way to make my signal come back is to buy a booster (which is well over R1000). I have to pay every month for data yet I cannot use it.
