I am a new contract customer, the contract is from 2013-1 to 2015-1.
I want to upgrade my contract SIM card number to another new MTN SIM card number, so as to change the old number to prepaid. I will continue to pay for the MTN contract with new MTN SIM number. Can I do this?
I have go to MTN shop in morningside. But the operator said that she can't do this until the end of contract.
I am very confuse about that. The number is belong to me, why can't change to prepaid? I agree that will still pay for the MTN contract until the end of contract, So MTN company don't have any lose, why can't support me do this?
