IPAD 2 instead of IPAD MINI? Pathetic service!

I got a call from Nolan Croyden informing me that I could upgrade my TopUp contract to a MyGig 1 with an IPAD MINI and confirmed it with an email. It seemed nice and simple so I decided to go ahead.

From there all went up.

Firstly had to wait for delivery, was told it would be done on Wednesday (10 April) which came and went.

I then called to follow up again and spoke to Beverly who was very helpful and managed to get the device delivered on Friday (12 April). I received the device and put it away because I was going on holiday for that weekend.

Upon my return I opened the box to find an IPAD 2 not knowing that this was wrong until I went to a Vodacom store in order for them to assist me with the Micro Sim Activation. They then informed me that the device I'm using that this is not the device that I should of received with the contact according to their system and Nolan's phone call and email. Vodacom then phoned Chatz Cellular where they said they would contact me regarding this problem.

I have repeatedly followed up and nobody is able to assist me as they all say they will get back to me and nobody ever does.

When I phone its always someone else answering. HELP ME!!
