My iPad has been giving some trouble for quite some time now. The back light is faulty and I am also unable to back the iPad up to iCloud which then results in a notification/push message given by the device which I cannot remove and as a result I have to wait for the iPad to completely lose battery (which takes about 10days) so that I can restart the device. I cannot restart the iPad because the notification doesn't allow me to "slide" power off. Then about 4 days later the notification appears again.
All I want to do is send the iPad in for repairs and I have not been able to find any contact details on FNB's sight which would allow me to phone someone.
Please could somebody contact me so that we can arrange for the iPad to be picked up for repairs, I haven't been really able to utilise the device as a result of this push message that doesn't want to go away.
I also need to cancel the insurance on the device because I have opted to insure the device with my own insurance company.
Thank you,
Roelien
