Ipad Mini deal not delivered & no communication

I ordered an Ipad mini and I should say FNB response was good only that there was confusion whether the it came with a with a micro-sim-card or not. After speaking to different tellers on the phone I confirmed it was meant to be delivered with one. Only to be contacted by Enginuity and there were also confused whether it came with a sim-card or not and I asked them to confirm 1st before they delivery to avoid problems. Enginuity promised to send an sms after the call, which they did not and I let it go. But now 48 hours has passed and no delivery and no one has contacted me. I tried calling FNB only to be told by the teller that I have to wait for Enginuity cause her system will not show anything and she cant give me anyone's number to contact and worse she cant even contact Enginuity on my behalf since her call centre allows in-bound call only. So am literally stuck, with no Ipad and no help from anyone. This is so unprofessional from FNB, since I ordered the device from them and its not delivered and they are not sure if it will come with a micro-sim card or not.
