Please assist me :(

If there is anyone out there, please help me. I have taken a contract out with Vodacom a month ago, ever since taking out the contract I had nothing but bad service and empty promises, I took a Ipad mini 16G with 1Gig data and 1Gig night owl deal with them. they sent me the incorrect sim cards when I 1st received the device. they made me go out of my way to get the sim card at one on their voda shops (so much for convenience) after getting sim the store lady couldn't activate the Nano sim due to the purchase being done online, they advised customer care must activate the contract on the new sim. the customer care agent couldn't assist either. Now after a month of not being able to use the device my account is debited. I want Vodacom to short this out today I want my data and promised or my money back and they can't take this ipad mini back, this is the final straw. looks like I will have to go to the ombudsman. I am not prepared to wait 48hrs. contact me on [Email Removed] or [Email Removed] I need help now please assist.
