MTN failed to put through debit order (their own fault) and then sneakily tried to put 2 debit orders through in one month. One was returned.
Never received ANY NOTIFICATION, not even a telephonic warning.
The lady, Khozi Mgoni (spelling?) was completely useless, incompetent and rude. She refused to answer simple yes/no questions and then flat out refused to transfer the call to her supervisor on request.
She promptly HUNG up when she could not find the answers.
Tired of big companies thinking they can get away with BAD SERVICE, BAD PRACTICES and incompetent staff.
