Following on from my previous posting here: https:///nashua-mobile/complaints/disgusting-service-1067021, I had email correspondence from Charmaine Webber - A call centre manager, committing to the amount of R655-46 to be refunded to my bank account. I made it explicitly clear I DO NOT WANT A CREDIT ON MY NEXT INVOICE. I am still waiting on a response from Charmaine Webber & the supposed Senior Management this was escalated to.
