In November 2013 I had a complaint filled in against CellC for taking off debit orders on my account after I have send through my cancellation letter. The lady who assisted me PROMISED me that it is now cancelled and they will not debit my account again... Guess what??? They debited my account again end December 2013!!! I was really under the impression that it was only their network and staff in the branches that was so useless, but boy, I was seriously mistaken!!! Their head office staff and their system is even worse!!!
My opinion about this company...
