I have been called by four different staff members from Furniture City. You failed to pull my debit order on the day I specified and expect to pull it days after that date and then expect me to come to your store and pay in cash. I will not be inconvenienced by your incompetence. Your rude staff call without all the facts and do not even acknowledge that YOU failed to follow a simple instruction. If this is how you deal with things as soon as I pay off my account I will never deal with you again.
