I've received the worst service ever from Finrite on my cellphone insurance policies. They hire incompetent staff and everytime you call you speak to a different person and get a completely new story. I'm very disappointed that after calling them to change my banking details for my debit order and was assured that the debit order will go off the new account, even received an SMS and an email, they still failed to debit the new account. Not only did they debit my old account, but I'm also stuck with R230 of bank charges for the bounced debit orders as they went off the wrong account. Their call centre staff is incompetent, unreliable, unprofessional. It's a shame and I will be moving my policies, thanks for nothing.
