I went to greenstone cell c and the sales guy says your phone is not going to benefit from insurance you will have to pay for repairs, do you want to fill in a form and hand it in? i decided not to, feeling quite low that i would have to pay and be phoneless for the duration of repair. a few weeks later i couldnt take the bb breaks downs as well as the frame cracks so i go to eastgate and decide to just pay whatever the cost is, they tell me that becoz i have been paying insurance i should fill in a form - repair request which i did and then my phone would be assessed and they would either fix it or give me a new one and judging by the physical state of my phone i wud probably get a new one. so i smile, off goes my phone for "21 days". in march cell c sends me an sms- pay R609 to repair phone. And 2 days later cell c calls- please pay, i say no... i am insured. the lady says ok i will put through a claim. so im happy to wait a few days more. Today 59 days later I call and the lady tells me I "should have" filled in a form at east gate! Should have? Yes she is sorry... yes she apologises... yes I'm not happy I don't want to go to cell c to fill in a form I just want a new phone
