About a week ago I phoned MTN to find out about my upgrade, I spoke to Lebogang who informed that that at that moment they only had the phone I was looking for in black, unfortunately my daughter wanted it in white. I though I will phone some branches and find out about it as well with no luck. Yesterday i though let me just email Lebogang and find out. When I got home she sent me a mail just after I left work and advised that she does have one for me, I immediately sent her the number with all relevant info. First thing this morning she gave me a call just verifying the last few details, the upgrade was allready done and everything sorted. What a pleasure dealing with such a person. I really appreciate her keeping to her word and coming back to me when she said she would, and the effort to make the upgrade as smooth as possible. MTN is lucky to have such great people.
