Online upgrade failed

Long story short: I did an online upgrade LAST WEEK but who ever was dealing with it stuffed it up by not having the correct colour on the confirmation. After some calls made and being told that they did not receive an online upgrade for the specific number at all, a second attempt was made online as instructed by a consultant that I spoke to the very next day. I received a confirmation e-mail and I took it as being sorted but.. to my disappointment it was not. Firstly the wrong colour phone was delivered today (which was the first error made) and secondly they issued it as a NEW line!!!
After about 10 extremely long & tedious phone calls this morning where I got told to phone one department by the other, I got them to cancel the new line. Then I had to phone the online upgrade department once again to finally upgrade but now the deal that I wanted LAST WEEK has expired yesterday. I would like to insist on the deal that I wanted last week as the mistake was made by Vodacom online upgrade department but who am I to make demands?? Maybe I will just cancel my FOUR lines one by one as they reach their expiry date and move to another SP.
