My Samsung Galaxy S3 screen broke and I took it to MTN in Centurion on Tuesday the 9th of April for a repair. I had to wait in the queue for an hour before someone helped me. I signed a few stuff and they took the phone. It had to be sent to Midrand for repairs. They told me it would take 7 business days. On Friday I received a SMS from MTN telling me they acknowledge the receipt of my phone. On Monday when I phoned them they told me that the phone must just go for a quality check then the phone will be done. Tuesday when I phoned them again they told me the quality check is done and that the phone is ready for dispatch and it will be sent to Centurion the next morning. I heard nothing from them and phoned them again today the 18th of April. They again told me that the phone is still in dispatch. This is past 7 business days already.
I guess I will also wait another hour in the shop when I go to collect my phone. You can be sure that I will not continue my MTN contract with you.
Poor network quality, no service delivery, and expensive rates!
