Mondeor mobile phoned me and told me that i am due for an upgrade and that they will deliver the phone for me.
instead of upgrading me they wanted to sell me a phone with lower quality. i was not aware of the fact that they wanted me to purchase a lower quality phone until my son told me that it is not the quality phone that i have now.
they told us that the phone would be delivered on the 25th of November. on Wednesday we phoned them and they told us that the phone is on its way to us.by Thursday we still have not received the phone and then we phoned again, they told us that the delivery guys were there on Monday but at the wrong address and they never updated us due to the situation (they to me because Wednesday they told me that the phone is on its way)
i cancelled the upgrade and told them i will go to a vodacom outlet.
they told me that the cancellation will take 2 working days.
on Monday the 2nd i went to a vodacom branch in clearwater mall and they told me that the cancellation was still pending.
on Tuesday i phoned and asked if it is cancelled and i clearly asked the lady if i can go to a shop and upgrade and she said yes. i went to a shop and its still pending...
