Richard, you should know, the client is ALWAYS right!
I'm STILL waiting for my refund! I got hold of Richard who DID my account. But this bloke refuses to answer me. He said I must go to the consultants - as if they can help! The consultant informed me my monies were paid over 15 May... today is 18 May... 3 days later and nothing!!! I got my second letter today from one of my creditors who threatend me! I forwarded this letter to Richard as well as Sandros Mhlongo. Both not replying!
I'm so disgusted with the treatment I am getting.
DON'T YOU GUYS UNDERSTAND THAT MY NAME WITH MY OTHER CREDITORS ASWELL AS ITC IS IN RED NOW DUE TO YOUR INCOMPETENCE!
Guys, don't go to Cell C. Not even my reports on Hellopeter gets a satisfying result out of them.
They are the worst ever! They may have great products but they give a F! about you as a client! They your money JUST like that and then you as a client must work your of to get it back... IF you even get it back!
I now have to apply for a loan to catch my other debt up but I can't as my name at ITC is in the bad side!
