Bad Service - promises not kept

I brought my car in for an assessment on the 14th October. I was told that they can only get the part needed to fix car by 28th oct so that is when they booked my car in. The window was smashed so even I could not drive my car for the two weeks prior to my appointment. On the phone I was told by a lady on their service line that it should taje around four days. When I phoned on the friday I was told by the same lady my car should be ready the next morning or monday the latest. When I phoned on monday afternoon I was once again told my car should be ready on tuesday. I received a text message on tuesday saying my car was in the finishing department. On Wednesday around 11am I phoned again and was told they would phone me back. At 3pm I was reassured that my car was being washed and then would go through quality control so the driver would come pick ke up at 16:30pm. This was a lie. Instead the sent me a text message saying quality control will be done in the morning of the 7november. I received no call or text so buy 1:30pm I phoned and was told its not finished and may be ready tomorrow! I jave asked for the manager to call me and he has not. This is horrendous setvice!
